Here's what we suggest you do with leftover cabbage

Napa cabbage:

Sunday dinner Slice and sauté with bacon and onions. Serve with roast chicken. Cozy lunch Shred and stir into prepared ramen noodle soup along with sliced green onions.

Savoy cabbage:

Hearty side Slice into wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin. Roast at 400F until caramelized. Serve with roast beef.

Comforting sauté Thinly slice and sauté with butter, poppy seeds and sliced apple. Serve with pork chops.
