Blue cheese

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover blue cheese

Seasonal dessert
Halve fresh peaches and discard pits. Fill cavities with crumbled blue cheese. Grill, covered, until peaches are tender, 5 to 6 min. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.

Gourmet garlic bread
Stir 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese with 1/2 cup soft garlic butter. Spread on sliced French bread and toast in 325F oven for 10 min.
