Korean kimchee poutine

Classic poutine gets a spicy twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp gochujang paste

  • 1/2 cup napa kimchi (link for recipe below)

  • sliced green onion

Instructions

  • TOSS sweet potatoes, sliced into french fries, with oil and salt on a foil-lined baking sheet.

  • ClasBAKE at 400F, tossing halfway through, 35 min.

  • STIR mayo with gochujang paste and drizzle over fries. Top with napa kimchi recipe and sliced green onion.

Shopping Tip: Gochujang paste, a classic Korean ingredient, is available at Asian grocery stores and some supermarkets.
