500-g pkg fettuccine pasta
1 1/2 cups spicy tomato sauce
1/2 wheel of brie
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or dill
Bring brie to room temperature. Cook fettuccine following package directions. Meanwhile, heat sauce in a small pan.
When pasta is cooked, drain and place in a bowl with hot pasta sauce and dill. Toss to coat. Place on plates. Slice cheese and lay on top. Sprinkle with more dill.
