Bombay-spiced cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • 2 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 cups roasted, salted cashews

Instructions

  • In a frying pan set over medium heat, stir butter with garlic, curry powder, Worcestershire, chili and cayenne until bubbly. Add cashews and stir frequently until hot and well coated, about 3 to 4 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in the refrigerator.
