honeydew or cantaloupe
9 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
lime wedge
USING a melon baller, scoop 18 balls from a honeydew or cantaloupe melon. Thread one piece of prosciutto onto a toothpick, then add a melon ball. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Squeeze a lime wedge overtop.
