Creamy edamame spread

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen shelled edamame , thawed
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
- PURÉE edamame with garlic and salt in a food processor. Gradually pour olive oil through the spout until mixture is smooth. Season with fresh pepper. Refrigerate, covered, up to 1 week.
