Glazed Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in a 9-inch (23-cm) pie plate. Spread with a mix of liquid honey, Dijon and ketchup. Sprinkle with ground cumin, cayenne and salt. Bake in preheated 350F (180C) oven until chicken is richly glazed, turning occasionally, 30 minutes.
