2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Place chicken breasts in a 9-inch (23-cm) pie plate. Spread with a mix of liquid honey, Dijon and ketchup. Sprinkle with ground cumin, cayenne and salt. Bake in preheated 350F (180C) oven until chicken is richly glazed, turning occasionally, 30 minutes.
