Ingredients

  • 142-mL snack-size can peach and pear in juice

  • 4 slices fresh banana

  • 1 to 2 tbsp juice from canned fruit

Instructions

  • Drain fruit, saving juice. Place in a small microwave-safe bowl with banana and 1 tablespoon juice. Cover.

  • Microwave on high for 1 min. Mash for a toddler or puree for a baby, adding more juice for a thinner texture, if you wish. Cool before serving.
