  • 2 eggs

  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, whisk eggs with salt. Microwave, uncovered, on medium 1 minute. Stir. Microwave on medium, stirring every 15 seconds, until eggs are done.

We love eggs - they're great for a leisurely weekend brunch yet fast enough to scramble on a weekday morning for a protein boost.
