1/4 cup 6% Balkan-style yogurt
3 tbsp Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
350 g ground turkey
4 hamburger buns
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Stir yogurt with bread crumbs and salt in a medium bowl. Crumble in turkey. Mix just until combined. Mixture will feel very wet. Shape into 4 small burgers, each about 1/2 in. thick.
Oil grill, then barbecue burgers, with lid closed, until burgers are firm when pressed, about 5 min per side. Serve with cherry & caramelized-onion relish.

If you can't find Italian-style bread crumbs, stir 1/2 tsp dried oregano into 3 tbsp of plain bread crumbs.
