1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup torn cilantro leaves, and chopped stems
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup water
2 tsp honey
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Whirl in a blender until combined. With motor running, slowly add oil through feed tube until smooth. Use right away or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 3 days.
