Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1/2 cup torn cilantro leaves, and chopped stems

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Whirl in a blender until combined. With motor running, slowly add oil through feed tube until smooth. Use right away or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 3 days.
