This spiced rum and ginger beer cocktail works well served with rice paper chips, and can also be turned into a mocktail.
1/4 cup spiced rum
ginger beer
lime wedge
1. Fill a highball glass with ice, and then add rum. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.
Use 3 tbsp Borrago non-alcoholic spirit in place of spiced rum.
