Spiced Rum And Ginger Beer Cocktail

This spiced rum and ginger beer cocktail works well served with rice paper chips, and can also be turned into a mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup spiced rum

  • ginger beer

  • lime wedge

Instructions

  • 1. Fill a highball glass with ice, and then add rum. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

Mocktail version

Use 3 tbsp Lyre's non-alcoholic spiced rum in place of spiced rum.
