1 cup pink grapefruit juice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cinnamon sticks
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup sparkling water
In a saucepan over medium heat, stir pink grapefruit juice with granulated sugar and 1 cinnamon stick (optional). Stir until sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat. Add red wine. Refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour. Remove cinnamon stick. Stir in sparkling water. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with cinnamon sticks, if you like.
