  • 1 cup ice cream, yogurt, or cream

Instructions

  • Add banana in a blender Quick chop Add 1 cup of ice cream, yogurt or cream Blend

  • If you like add sugar or berries and give it a quick pulse

  • Serve or refrigerate and serve

This recipe is easy and can be done in minutes.
