Some gin, some sweet, some sour and some bubbles—it doesn't get simpler or more classic than this.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup*

  • 1 to 3 oz soda water

  • lemon slices, to garnish

  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • FILL a tall glass with ice cubes. Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, and stir well.

  • ADD soda water. Garnish with lemon slices.

Cocktail math: 1 oz = 2 tbsp.
