Our extra-cold take on the Aperol spritz, this is an easy, trendy cocktail you'll be making all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup aperol

  • 3/4 cup grapefruit juice

  • 750 mL bottle prosecco, chilled

  • wedges of grapefruit, (optional)

Instructions

  • COMBINE aperol and grapefruit juice in a resealable container. Freeze until frozen, preferably overnight.

  • SCRAPE the frozen aperol mixture with a spoon or mini ice cream scoop to create a slushy texture. Pour ½ cup prosecco into 6 cocktail glasses. Divide frozen aperol mixture between glasses. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
