Dark chocolate and creamy eggnog combine forces in this melt-in-your-mouth recipe.
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup eggnog
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
chopped toasted pecans
MELT chocolate with butter in a small saucepan over medium. Remove from heat. Stir in eggnog, icing sugar and nutmeg until smooth. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Scoop out and roll into 1-in. balls. Dip in chopped toasted pecans to coat.
