Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup chocolate eggnog, recipe link below

  • 1/4 cup icing sugar

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • chopped toasted pecans

Instructions

  • MELT chocolate with butter in a small saucepan over medium. Remove from heat. Stir in Chocolate Eggnog, icing sugar and nutmeg until smooth. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Scoop out and roll into 1-in. balls. Dip in chopped toasted pecans to coat.
