1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp bottled horseradish
Pinch pepper
Squeeze lime juice
2 slices deli roast beef
fresh basil leaves
In a small bowl, mayonnaise with bottled horseradish, pepper and lime juice. Thinly spread over both slices of deli roast beef. Stack a few basil leaves on 1 short edge of slice, letting them overhang long edges. Roll beef around basil. Slice each roll in half.
