Chatelaine Triple Tested

This smooth, sharp creation from Chris Hoy, bar chef at Whistler's Barefoot Bistro, is the perfect apres-ski tipple. (Snowboard optional!)

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey

  • 1 tbsp Lillet Blanc

  • 1 tbsp Aperol

Instructions

  • ADD all ingredients to a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 sec.

  • STRAIN the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a lowball glass filled with ice.
