This smooth, sharp creation from Chris Hoy, bar chef at Whistler's Barefoot Bistro, is the perfect apres-ski tipple. (Snowboard optional!)
3 tbsp Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey
1 tbsp Lillet Blanc
1 tbsp Aperol
ADD all ingredients to a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 sec.
STRAIN the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a lowball glass filled with ice.
