This bittersweet chocolate cocktail was created by Mike Webster, who runs the bar at Canada’s best new restaurant, Bar Isabel.
3 tbsp 360 Double Chocolate vodka
1 tbsp Italian amaro
2 tsp Fernet-Branca
5 dashes Angostura bitters
lemon peel
STIR vodka with amaro, Fernet-Branca and ice in a mixing glass until cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
