Tips for working in your garden

 

• Wear sunscreen and a broad-brimmed hat to protect your skin from burning.
• Keep a pitcher of water handy to rehydrate often.
• Don comfortable clothing to make moving easier.
• Rest between activities.
• Put on garden gloves to save your hands and nails from dryness and cuts.
• Sharpen tools often to make your work easier.
• Watch your posture to avoid injury.
