  You can cultivate a lot more than flowers and vegetables in your garden. With a little effort, you can become as strong and lean as you would by lifting weights or taking an aerobics class. You'll also reap some terrific health benefits: a reduced risk of heart disease, depression and diabetes. Gardening can help you sleep better, keep your weight down and lift your spirits.
