After a hectic week, you deserve it!

After a week’s worth of pressing commitments, late-night dinners and barely-there sleeps, I’m ready to spend some time on me. And I know many of you often feel the same way. Lucky for us, this month’s lineup delivers a powerful mix of healthy diversions.

Tone your body and mind with our new eight-week-long Yoga workouts. Developed by Cynthia Funk and Kimberley Sopinka, certified yoga instructors and co-owners of The Yoga Sanctuary, our beginner, intermediate and advanced programs should have you breathing easy in no time. A yoga mat is the only equipment you’ll need and video demos take the mystery out of every move, from Tree Pose to Upward Facing Dog.

Write your first journal entry, short story or poem with advice from our writer-in-residence Sally Cooper, novelist and Humber College writing prof. Every Thursday in June she offers creative writing tips and answers your questions in our Book club forum. Rather kick back on the beach with someone else’s prose? She’s happy to suggest hot summer reads, too.

Finally, recruit our Motivate me! programs to help you achieve your personal goals. Sign up for these 75 Gifts bonuses, and we’ll send you regular e-mail messages featuring expert advice to keep you on track, whether you’re committed to losing weight, quitting smoking, getting fit or simply need to be inspired.

Feeling enlightened? I know I am. Now, if only I could find a tool that could hem and hang the drapery panels I bought two months ago!

Take care,
