We all know the military loves rules! Most of these rules are in place in order to protect, guide and lead our soldiers. Not even your hair is left sacred! But for a girl who loves highlights, layers and colour, these rules can be that much more difficult to live by, even if you know the reasoning behind them.

This just in: if you're over the age of sixteen and haven't yet penned your memoir, you have fallen tragically behind – just ask Justin Bieber.

Bubba's still got it. At a recent rally in West Virginia, an elderly woman fainted in the middle of a speech by former president Bill Clinton. Clinton proved he's still a bit of a ladykiller when he quickly asserting that "she'll be fine," before joking that "believe me, at my age, rarely does a lady faint on me." The audience cheered as Clinton exclaimed "the doctor says she's ok!"
