I was expecting it to be just an average Tuesday morning. I got out of bed early, to catch up on e-mails before getting my daughter ready for school, and a day of press for How To Raise A Boyfriend - my 8th published book.

I don’t want to give credence to the haters – this is a royal wedding blog, after all -- but in the interests of balanced journalism I think it’s important to admit the fact that not everyone out there is thrilled to bits at the idea of a Kate and Wills impending nuptials.

I'm feeling overwhelmed and stressed. So to solve that, I'll take a mini vacation (although, for part of it, I'll be working) and try to cross some things off my bucket list.
