If you're anything like me, you look around your house every few months (okay, once a week, but hey that's the business I'm in) and think, (yawn) I'm so bored with my place, I wish I could jazz it up, move the furniture around, renovate, knock down that pesky wall, buy a new place, get out of this furnishing funk I'm in, ............. [fill]. Fear not all you desperate decorators. I'm just back from a weekend in New York (that my not-so-french speaking husband calls "La Grande Pomme de Terre", translates as The Big Potato) and I have found the mother of all products. It's a mash-up of wallpaper and decals. Think of it as a giant post-it note for your wall. That's right, this is self-adhesive wallpaper that comes off when you're ready for a change. Is your heart a-flutter yet? Make sure you're sitting down then before you take a look at these photos from their website, Tempaperdesigns.com.

Here it is in my buddy's apartment, in their combo office/dining room. It's a rental apartment, so actual wallpaper was not an option- they used it on the back wall of the room. It's stunning.

Now are you ready for the amazing part? They're available in Canada! Looks like I've got my weekend project all figured out.
