In perfect order: Cover drab clipboards with graphic wrapping or scrapbooking paper, and you'll have an attractive place for bills, coupons and to-do lists.
1. Tie open the board's large clip to keep it out of the way.
2. Place white paper on the board and cut around the open clip.
3. Glue the paper to the board with spray adhesive. Close the clip.
4. Hang board above a desk, or anywhere you sort papers, using double-sided foam tape or a nail in the wall.
