Start the party season with a bang by setting your table with personalized vintage spoons. First, use a heavy hammer to flatten cutlery on a hard surface like cement. Then, starting with the letter that falls in the middle of your guest’s name, hammer on a metal stamp in the centre of the spoon until the imprint appears. Repeat with the remaining letters. Finally, fill in the monogram with a permanent marker to give it depth. (A little steel wool will take away any extra ink.) At the end of the night, send your party-goers home with their very own pieces of art.
