Easy clean
When Olympic silver medallist Gretchen Bleiler couldn’t shake the smelly residue from her reusable water bottle, she made her own upgrade, with the help of her hubby, Chris Hotell. It’s a stylish stainless-steel vessel with a twist: It unscrews in the middle for no-fuss cleaning. “Our Clean Seam Technology means there’s no place for bacteria to hide,” says Gretchen.

Shatterproof glass

Glass water bottles are a chic option — especially if they’re made by Lifefactory. Its reusable glass bottle has a wraparound silicone sleeve that resists everyday wear and tear and provides a bumper to protect the glass during the inevitable drops. We love the bright gem-toned shades (they go perfectly with our yoga mats). From $15, lifefactory.com.

Filter on the go
Bottled-water addicts, it’s time to convert: A charcoal filter within this cute Bobble cap traps impurities for a pure sip every time. And the refreshing design is by world-famous Karim Rashid. It comes in four colours, and the replaceable filter’s good for up to 40 gallons (about two months).
