Get fit in downtown Toronto with iVillage Canada, Sweetspot, and Phillips Masterfile

A morning workout is a great start to the day — which is just one of the many reasons to join iVillage Canada, Sweetspot, and Phillips at Allen Lambert Galleria in Brookfield Place (181 Bay Street) in downtown Toronto on Wednesday, November 9, where they'll be leading a workout with Jane Clapp, one of the hottest trainers in the city.

Doors open at 7am on the 9th for Wake-Up and Go Get Fit, a free 40-minute exercise class lead by Clapp. The first 20 early birds to arrive will receive a Wake-up Light or goLITE BLUE from Phillips — these light-therapy devices (and a workout!) will help you get moving in the morning.

To RSVP for the event, email register@onevoiceteam.com by Monday, November 7 at 5pm EST.
