Ballet is back — now with no sock bun required. You can try the coolest new exercise program that’s captured the attention of all the It girls from L.A. to N.Y.C. (think Vogue favourite Karlie Kloss and her crew), right from the comfort of your own home. Ballet Beautiful is one of the first online workout programs, with live group or private classes you can stream at any time. Think of it as a virtual gym, where you can follow along to scheduled classes or log on to select a workout from a comprehensive fitness library. To give it a try, visit Ballet Beautiful to set up a membership. Created by Mary Helen Bowers, who pliéed her way into the New York City Ballet at 16, this method is a great way to stay on pointe with your commitment to fitness.
