Kailey Gilchrist is the Sauce Boss of NONA Vegan Foods Ltd., a Toronto-based company specializing in dairy-free, gluten-free, cream sauces. Growing up she spent countless hours in the kitchen with her Italian hippie mama, creating delicious vegan alternatives to their favourite meals. After her mother’s unexpected death, Kailey found herself cooking more and more as a way to feel connected. She began selling their signature vegan Alfredo sauce and received great market response. NONA now sells various flavours at stores across the province including Whole Foods Market! Kailey plans to expand her sauce empire across North America to share her love of nourishing people with good food.
