Fresh-faced in an instant

If you need to ease into your mornings, a gentle foaming cleanser will slowly wake up and refresh your skin. It's less aggressive than a scrub and is perfect for sensitive skin.

Bonus: Caudalie's cleanser is also great for removing makeup, so if you happened to "forget" to take your makeup off the night before, your raccoon eyes will vanish with the sunrise.

Beat morning breath

There's nothing like a good scrub of your pearly whites to enliven your senses. Marvis toothpastes are known for their unbelievably unique and tasty flavours — try Ginger Mint or Cinnamon Mint for a real kick — and they'll leave you with a minty-fresh feeling for the whole day. Keep a timer in your medicine cabinet or sing a song in your head while brushing to ensure you get a full two minutes of cleaning.

Fast-fix face wash

If you've slept through your alarm and are short on time, opt for a quick skin-refresher. It'll brighten your complexion and give your skin a nice boost of hydration. This is also a great product to keep on hand at the office if you need a pick-me-up mid-afternoon or a beauty boost before after-work drinks.

Instant eye pick-me-up

Looking a little sleep deprived? Some witchcraft is in order! Witch Hazel is a natural ingredient that calms puffy skin and improves your skin's colour and radiance. Makeup artists have been known to go through gallons of it during fashion week, when busy models aren't getting their beauty rest. Dab a little extra under your eyes each morning to improve circulation, banish dark circles and brighten your skin.

Try: Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, $50

Smooth start

If you're still in a fog after waking up, this all-natural ultra-creamy body wash will ease you out of your stupor. It's incredibly moisturizing and will invigorate your sleepy skin. Best of all, the sweet smell will bring a smile to your face (even if you're still dreaming of your cozy bed). Use a loofah to get it extra foamy and then rinse it off for refreshed and moisturized skin.

Moisturize before you go

The final step after showering is to moisturize. Hydrate your body with a cream that absorbs quickly — so you can get dressed in a hurry — but will keep your skin feeling soft and smooth all day and will banish dry, sleepy skin for good!

Try: Kiehl's Creme de Corps Soy Milk and Honey Whipped Body Butter, $45
