Oyster sauce

Asian fish tacos

Chop a fillet of salmon into 1/2-in. pieces. Pan-fry in oil. Stir in minced garlic, oyster sauce and water. Serve on flour tortilla with shredded carrots, red cabbage and sriracha sauce.

Sweet & savoury grilled cheese

Sauté 4 thinly a sliced onions in oil and cook until caramelized. Stir in 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Sandwich a slice of white cheddar between 2 slices of sandwich bread spread with onion jam. Pan-fry in butter until golden on both sides.

Mango salad Mix 1 tsp with 1 tsp hot chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice and 1/4 tsp granulated sugar. Stir in 1 grated green mango.

Chinese-style greens Drizzle over spinach, Swiss chard or gai lan (Chinese broccoli) sautéed with minced garlic.
