6:00 Prepare mint julep. Refrigerate.

6:25 Start rice. Prep salad dressing. Grate tomatoes for scallop dish. Slice tomatoes for salad.
6:35 Cook scallops. Keep warm.
6:40 Start Creole sauce
6:50 Fry green tomatoes
7:00 Stack tomatoes with greens
