Summer evenings and weekends are perfect for gathering family and friends together and enjoying a carefree meal with great food and good company. We've got the menu covered so you'll have plenty of time to decorate for an enchanting backyard soirée or to set the table for dinner inside under the cooling currents of the AC.

Starter Spiked pepper gazpacho On a warm night it makes perfect sense to have a cool soup. This tomato gazpacho has crushed garlic for added pucker, a bit of vodka to make things interesting and roasted red peppers to smooth out all the intensity.

Main
Roasted halibut with minted coulis A coulis refers to a thick purée or sauce. This vibrant green one, with blended peas and refreshing mint, makes for a delicious match with mild and juicy roasted halibut.
