This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Calgary Stampede, a highly regarded Canadian tradition. If you're unable to enjoy the rodeo in person and all of its sights, sounds and food deliciousness — like the amazing daily pancake breakfasts — we've corralled together some stampede-inspired recipes that will help bring the festivities to your own backyard.

So fire up the grill, dust off that cowboy hat you've been hiding on the top shelf of your closet and wear your double denim (a.k.a. the Canadian tuxedo) with pride!
