Here's what we suggest you do with leftover no-salt beef broth.

Steak & jus

Simmer 2 cups broth with 1/2 cup red wine, 2 tbsp salted butter and 1 minced shallot until reduced by two-thirds. Serve over grilled steak.

Speedy pho

Boil 2 cups broth with 1 tbsp minced ginger in a saucepan. Pour over cooked rice noodles. Stir in fish sauce and sriracha to taste. Add bean sprouts, green onions and chopped fresh basil.
