Here's what we suggest you do with leftover iceberg lettuce.

Secretly green smoothie Whirl chopped iceberg lettuce with frozen fruit and juice in a blender for added nutrients.

Easy wedge salad Arrange thick wedges of iceberg lettuce on a platter. Drizzle with sour cream and top with torn fresh basil. Season with fresh pepper. Top with halved grape tomatoes and crumbled blue cheese.
