Hot-red-chili flakes

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover hot-red-chili flakes.

Speedy spaghetti Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a large frying pan over medium. Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp hot-red-chili flakes and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir in 1/2 900-g pkg spaghetti, cooked until combined. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and top with ricotta.

Sweet and spicy brie Heat 1/2 cup honey with 1/4 tsp red-hot-chili flakes in a small saucepan over low until warm, 3 to 5 min. Drizzle over wheel of brie. Serve with crackers.
