Spa quencher
Stir slices of cucumber and orange with mint leaves into a pitcher of water. Refrigerate until chilled, then serve over ice.
Refreshing sorbet
Peel and seed half a cucumber. coarsely chop and freeze until firm. Purée in a blender with 2 tbsp water and 2 tsp honey until smooth. Serve as a fun palate cleanser between courses.
