Cruciferous Caesar

Blanch brussels sprouts, then separate leaves from cores. Toss warm leaves with Caesar dressing. Sprinkle with chopped pan-fried bacon and grated parmesan.

Roasted maple sprouts

Toss trimmed and halved brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt and fresh pepper. Spread in single layer on a baking sheet. Roast at 375F until golden-brown.
