Candied ginger:

Turkey dinner side
Chop and add to cranberry sauce.

Stir-fry boost
Chop finely and add to beef and broccoli stir-fry.

Ginger wafers:

Easy cream cakes

Spread each one with 1 tbsp sweetened whipped cream and stack 5 together on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Frost the top and sides of each stack with more whipped cream. Refrigerate until wafers soften, about 2 hours.

Stir crumbled wafers with butter and oats. Sprinkle over chopped fruit before baking.

Pickled ginger:

Brunch twist
Use as a garnish for a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel.

Healthy parfait
Chop and mix with Greek yogourt, honey and orange marmalade. Serve with berries.
