Cranberries

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover cranberries
Add as preferred on Google(opens in a new tab)
leftover ingredients, loose ends, cranberries, fruit Masterfile/Radius Images

Ruby dessert
Boil 1/2 cup berries with 1 cup port and 1/4 cup sugar until thick and syrupy. Serve warm over ice cream.

Glam applesauce
Simmer with a chopped apple, honey and a pinch of ginger or cloves. Puree.

Frozen cranberries:

Festive chiller
Use as ice cubes in holiday drinks.

Ruby sorbet
Whirl with granulated sugar in a food processor.
