How to carve brisket

One of the keys to a flavourful and tender brisket, is how you slice it.

Be sure to cut against the grain, in even, thin slices. When finished slicing, return it to the roasting pan to absorb extra flavour from the pan juices while warming in the oven. Watch this video for a quick demonstration.
