Easiest collard greens
Pan-fry minced garlic in oil over medium for 30 sec. Add shredded collard greens and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Spicy collard chips
Tear 1 cup collard leaves into 3-in. pieces. Generously rub leaves with olive oil. Season with salt and cayenne. Arrange leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 300F until leaves are crisp, 14 to 16 min.
