Rice flour 125 mL (1/2 cup) 200 mL (3/4cup)
All-purpose flour 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) 500 mL (2 1/4 cups)
Thyme 1 mL (1/4 tsp) 2 mL (1/2 tsp)
Salt 7 mL (1 1/2 tsp) 10 mL (2 tsp)
Sugar 15 mL (1 tbsp) 25 mL (2 tbsp)
Margarine 15 mL (1 tbsp) 25 mL (2 tbsp)
Water 225 mL (7/8 cup) 325 mL (1 1/4 cups)
Yeast 5 mL (1 tsp) 7 mL (1 1/2 tsp)
