1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 tsp dark sesame oil
2 tsp honey
Blend 1/2 cup vegetable oil with 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tbsp each ketchup and light mayo, 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, 2 tsp each dark sesame oil and honey in a blender, about 2 min. Serve over salad greens.
