2 cups packed cilantro
1 serrano chili, seeded
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
2 cups canned tomatillos
WHIRL cilantro, serrano, garlic and salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Add tomatillos. Pulse until just chopped but not puréed.
